摘要
本文以光纤传导理论为基础,提出了一种非接触式刀具磨损检测方法—反射式光纤位移检测法。该方法以激光为光源,以光纤传感器为检测手段,以刀杆振动位移为检测对象,实现对刀具状态的跟踪检测。切削试验证明了这种方法的适用性和可靠性.
Based on the theory of optical fiber transmission, this paper indicated anon-touch on-line testing method for tool wear, -optical fiber displacement testing way.Using this method can do the tracing testing for tools. The cutting test proved that this method isvery useful and reliable.
