诺和锐治疗糖尿病的临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 60例2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组,治疗组:三餐前用诺和锐皮下注射加睡前诺和灵N胰岛素皮下注射;对照组:三餐前半小时用诺和灵R皮下注射加睡前诺和灵N胰岛素皮下注射。据血糖水平调节胰岛素剂量直至达标。结果:两种方法均能有效降低高血糖,所用的达标时间及胰岛素平均每日总用量无明显差异,但治疗组发生的低血糖事件明显少于对照组,两组比较有显著差异。结论:诺和锐安全性比普通人胰岛素好,在临床中可以更好实现血糖控制。
