摘要
为提高胃、贲门癌手术疗效，用介入放射学的方法，为２０例胃癌、贲门癌患者行术前动脉灌注美蓝染色标记。其方法是经皮股动脉插管，管端送至肿瘤相应供血动脉，注入１％美蓝８～１６ｍｌ，术中观察到原发灶及区域内淋巴结染色清晰，转移淋巴结染色率占９６．４％．因染色标记醒目，病变部位与正常组织界线分明，可为临床医师在手术中验证清扫范围，也为手术廓清提供了依据，从而有利于延长患者术后生存期．
Arterial infusion of 8-16 ml of methylene blue by means of intermediary radiography was performed preoperatively on 12 patients with gastric cardia cancer and 8with stomach cancer.It showes the tumor and the regional lymph nodes obviously.96.4% of metastatic lymph nodes were stained well.It is helpful in determination of region of cleared in operation.
