小腿内侧逆行岛状皮瓣修复足跟底部软组织严重缺损

Repair of Severe Defect of Heel and Sole with Medial Retrograde Island Flaps of Leg

１９８５年１１月至１９９５年３月，应用小腿内侧逆行岛状皮瓣修复足跟底部软组织严重缺损２０例，皮瓣完全成活，经过８个月～１０年随访，效果满意。皮瓣面积最大２４ｃｍ×８ｃｍ，最小１０ｃｍ×７ｃｍ．该皮瓣有血运丰富可靠、易切取、外形功能良好、较耐磨，不需吻合血管、成活率高等优点；同时，又有损伤小腿一条主要血管、浅感觉稍差的缺点。针对该皮瓣的特点和手术要点进行了讨论。

From November 1985 to March 1995,20cases of severe defect of soft tissue were repaired with retrograde island flaps of leg.A follow-up for a period of 8￣120 months showed a complete survival of the flaps.The maximal area of the flaps is 24 cm×8 cm,and the minimal 10 cm×7cm.The skin flap is easy to obtained and has a reliable blood circulation,a good appearance,function,wearability and a high survival rate.No anastomosis of blood vessel was needed.Mean while it is disatvantaged by injuring one of the main blood vessels on leg.The characteristics of the skin flap and the key points of operation are discussed.
