足背岛状皮瓣移植治疗小腿慢性溃疡

Surgical Treatment of Chronic Ulcer on Leg by Dorsalis Pedis Island Skin Flap

为探讨足背岛状皮瓣的临床应用价值，总结了６例采用带血管蒂的足背岛状皮瓣移植治疗小腿慢性溃疡，获得成功，随访无复发。本手术具有血管解剖恒定、皮瓣血运可靠、操作技术简易、一期完成等优点。较好地解决了既往常用的双腿交叉皮瓣或远处皮管修复手术费时和住院时间长、游离植皮易复发的问题。

To study the applicational value of dorsalis pedis island skin flap.the experience with its application is summarized.A chronic ulcer on leg has been successfully treated on 6cases by transplantation with dorsalis pedis island skin flap since 1981.No recurrence was found. Its advantages includes an anatomical stability of blood vessel,a reliable blood circulation,a simplicity of procedure and an one-stage operation.
