用氢氧化钙根管内封药的临床疗效观察

The clinical efficacy of calcium hydroxide as interacanal medication

目的观察大面积根尖周炎患牙用氢氧化钙根管内封药的临床疗效。方法门诊就诊患者中选择59例患大面积根尖周病变,即根尖周病指数(PAI)为4或5的单根管患牙,随机分为两组:实验组30例,用氢氧化钙做根管内封药;对照组29例,用甲醛甲酚做根管内封药;观察术后6个月的临床及X线片表现,并分析评定临床疗效。结果术后6个月治疗有效率,氢氧化钙根管内封药组为93.3%,甲醛甲酚根管内封药组为86.2%;两组间疗效差异无统计学意义。结论氢氧化钙是较理想的根管内消毒剂。

Objective To study the curative effect of calcium hydroxide as intracanal medicament of teeth with a large periapical lesion. Methods Fifty - nine infected cases with large periapical lesions （ the periapical index was four or five） were included in the study. Of these cases, calcium hydroxide was placed in the instrumented root canals of 30 teeth; Formocresol（FC） was used for intracanal dressing in the canals of 29 cases. The curative effects were ol6served 6 months after the final obturations and evaluated based on radiographic and clinical results using the periapical index（PAI）. Results The healing and incompletely healing rates in calcium hydroxide dressing group were 93.3% , those of the Formocresol dressing group were 86.2%. There was no statistically significant difference between the groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions Calcium hydroxide is an ideal intracanal medicament.
