摘要
本文通过建立变换器中电感电流包络的微分方程,对电感电流连续工作模式下的闭环PWM Buck开关变换器的起动过程进行了研究。在连续导电模式下,变换器在起动时输出电压有时会出现振荡和过冲现象。文中推导出了存在振荡和过冲现象的条件、振荡频率、过冲电压的发生时刻和过冲电压的最大值。最后采用PSPICE仿真验证了理论分析的正确性。
On the basis of differential equations, starting performance of PWM Buck converter is investigated in continuous conduction mode (CCM). It is shown in the start period oscillation and over-voltage phenomenon will occur in certain situation. The condition leading to oscillation and over-voltage phenomenon is obtained. The oscillation frequency, the maximum value of output voltage together with the instance of maximum voltage are also discussed. The proposed method is verified by PSPICE simulation.
