摘要 眼看着大大小小的素食餐厅一夜之间从城市的各个角落冒出来,关于素食的种种说法和猜想让大批的食客趋之若骛。有人说,素食一旦变成素食主义,就会发生一场心灵上的“形而下”到“形而上”的突变,所有生灵之间的平等、地球生态的维系成为他们追求的信条,天人合一的理想足以吸引品位高尚的心灵,悲天悯人的情怀足以感动爱心满怀的人们和那些尚未或行将送上刀俎的动物。食肉和食素究竟谁更科学,是不是道德的分野?让我们姑且抛开争议,看看这“新素食主义宣言”到底宣示些什么……
