常压密闭条件下小鼠的氧耗特征

Oxyger consumption of mice under the general pressure in sealed condition

运用自制的小鼠氧耗检测仪，检查在常压密闭条件下清醒小鼠的氧耗变化。结果表明：在这种条件下，累加时间－氧耗曲线呈对数型变，分钟氧耗曲线则表现出明显的时相应变化，开始的上升相和继之的下降相反映清醒动物的反射活动对氧耗的影响，最后的平缓下降段则可能反映上述调节活动失效动物所处的低氧耗状态。因为容器内的氧容量随着动物对氧的消耗而降低，故这种氧耗实质上属于乏氧性缺氧型氧耗。

A self-designed detector was employed for testing mouse oxygen consumption in a sealed condition under gener-al pressure.An accumulated time-oxygen consumption curve and a minute oxygen consumption curve were seen.The lattershowed a short ascending at first of oxygen consumption in a conscious animal.Finally the declination of the curve gradual-ly slowed down,revealing the failure of regulation in low oxygen consumption.Since the oxygen content in the containerwas getting less and less following consumption,this quality of oxygen consumption belong to hypoxic hypoxia type.
