胆管成形胆肠内引流术的临床应用

Clinical application of cholangiojejunosstomy with cholangioplasty

胆管较细时，行胆肠内引流术常引起吻合口狭窄。笔者设计５种胆管成形胆肠内引流术的方法，这些方法可以使吻合口径扩大，并且愈后的吻合口瘢痕呈非环形。临床应用２４例，平均随访２年，未发现有吻合口狭窄症状发生。本文讨论胆管成形的方法及应用指征。

Cholangiojejunostomy often results in stenosis of the orifice of anastomosis,if the bile duct is small.In this arti-cle five methods of cholangiojejunostomy with cholangioplasty were introduced,which can enlarge diameter of anastomoticorifice and make the cicatrix of anastomosis noncircular.In clinical application to 24 cases no stenosis occurred in 2 yearsfollowup.
