摘要
选用乳聚丁苯橡胶作胎面胶,研究了不同石油树脂代替芳烃油后对胶料门尼焦烧、门尼黏度及硫化胶的力学性能、老化性能、动态力学性能的变化。试验结果表明石油树脂降低了胶料的抗屈挠性能,但是提高了胶料的拉伸强度,改善轮胎的耐磨性能和抗湿滑性。
Using opal poly-butylbenzene rubber as tread, studied the different petroleum resin substituting arene oil vs the changes of compound Moony scorching. Moony viscosity and the mechanical property of cured rubber, aging property and dynamic mechanical property. The result shown that petroleum resin decreased the bending resistant property of compound, increased the tensile strength of the compound, improved the tire wearing resistance and wet resistant property.
