摘要
介绍一种试验室用管式炉及其自动控温装置的设计方案。采用该方案制造的管式炉具有升温快、保温效果好、使用寿命长、更换电热元件和马弗管方便等优点，其控温装置采用连续ＰＩＤ调节，控温精度可达±１℃。
To introduce a plan for designing tubular furnace for laboratory and its automatic temperature control unit.The tubular furnace made by adopting this plan has the advantages such as temperature goes up fast,effect of heat preservation is good,service life is long and changing electrothermal cell and muffle is convenient.its temperature control unit adopts continuous PID adjustment,the precision of temperature control is ± 1℃.
