摘要
本文通过对民国时期（1912～1949）有关方言史料（社会层面）的梳理，在描写和分析了民国时期政府的方言政策后，对其在中国现代语言规划中的地位和影响进行了评价。
This paper describes and analyses the dialect policies of the Republic of China （1912~1949）, and evaluates its position and influences in Chinese modern language planning by collecting and collating the historical materials of the Republic of China.
