摘要
分析了中、高碳铬钼系耐磨铸钢在淬火过程中的裂纹形成倾向,讨论了试样壁厚和淬火温度对试样形成裂纹的影响。指出,中碳系材料采用0.6%聚乙稀醇溶液在920℃淬火不会形成裂纹,而高碳系材料开裂倾向很大。最后,分别提出了两种材料的合理热处理工艺。
A tendency of cracking formed has been discussed in Cr-Mo system abrasive-resisting steel. Andthe relation of sample thinkness and quenched temperature with cracking tendency also is analysed. It is shown that920℃ quenched medium carbon system sample does not form any cracking but high carbon sample has large crackingtendency with 0. 6wt℃% polyvinyl alcohol quenching liquid. Lastly, the reasonable treatment processes are pointed out.
