在介绍了PC/104特点的基础上,利用PC/104研制开发出了一种自调匀整装置控制系统,包括PC/104模块的选择、控制系统硬件的结构设计,并给出了控制系统的软件思想和流程图以及系统具备的主要功能。通过现场调试验证,该控制系统运行平稳可靠、控制精度高,特别是稳定性和可靠性大大提高,并且该系统价格低廉、结构紧凑、占用空间小,具有较好的市场应用前景。

This paper introduces the features of PC/104. The development of control system of auto leveling device based on PC/104 is presented, including choosing the PC/104 models, the hardware structure design of the control system. Theconcept and the flow chart of the software and the main functions of the control system are also given. Through test, the control system is reliable, high precision and steady, it has low price, compact structure and small space, so it has better application foreground.
