摘要
对制动轮温挤压成形方案、工艺参数、模具结构、模具寿命及产品缺陷等进行了研究.与冷挤压成形工艺相比,可大幅度降低变形力,减少了设备吨位,节约了能源,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益.研究确定,采用36mm坯料,经780℃±20℃加热,进行镦一挤复合成形是成功的。
In this paper,concentrated on warm extrusion for braking pulley. studies on forming methods,processparameters, die structure, and product defects was conducted. Compared with cold extrusion, warm extrusion offers advantages as follows,decreasing deformation pressure and maching tonnage,saving required energy,and giving good economic benefilts. Through research,the optimized parameters of warm extrusion are that the warmingworking temperature is 780℃±20℃,and the diameter of slug is 36mm.
