两种复合方法下经半固态挤压陶瓷粒子/LY12板坯的组织性能 被引量:1

Microstructure and Properties of Ceramic Particulates Reinforced LY12 Alloy Composite after Semisolid Extrusion under Two Kinds of Incorporating Method

摘要 采用搅融混台使SiCp与LY12复合;采用接触反应内生成,使TiCP与LY12复合,再经半固态挤压,获得两种复合材料板坯.实验结果表明,只要挤压工艺参数选择合适,便可制得合格的复合材料板坯。同时对挤压后的复合材料组织及性能进行了分析.与基体相比,复合材料具有较高的弹性模量、屈服强度和抗拉强度,并保持一定的塑性水平,可以满足随后再轧制等二次塑性加工的需要。 Using the stirring mixing method and the contaet reaction method,LY12 alloy and SiC、TiC particles was well in corporated respectively. Then with semisolid extrusion, the plates of SiC particulate reinforced LY12 composite and TiC particulate reinforced LY12 composite were manufactured. Experimental results showed that qualified composite plates could be obtained if extrusion process parameters were appropriately selected. Microstructure and properties of extruded composites were also investigated, extruded composites have higher mechanical properties than those of LY12 alloy matrix, and it has a certain degree plasticity that can meet the needs of secondary plastic forming such as rolling.
