摘要 针对中药生产过程中挥发油回收阶段的工艺要求,提出一种基于域进化模型的遗传算法。该算法建立在挥发油回收过程优化数学模型的基础上,通过实时检测控制变量操作设备,使输出按预定达到最优值。实验结果表明,该算法提高了挥发油提取率,稳定了产品质量。 To deal with the requirements of volatile oil recycling procedure of Chinese traditional medicine, a domain evolution model-based genetic algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is based on the mathematics model of volatile oil recycling procedure. The output is expected to reach the optimal value by detecting the control variables and operating equipment in real time. Experimental results indicate that the system can attain perfect control precision, improve the volatile oil recycling rate and stabilize the quality.
