摘要 提出一种基于ARM的新型移相全桥PWM控制方法。该方法采用ARM微处理器LPC2129的内定时器实现负载频率跟踪,内PWM控制器实现移相PWM输出,使逆变系统工作在准谐振状态,并完成功率调节。该控制方法在大功率介质阻挡放电臭氧电源中得到了实际应用。运行结果表明:臭氧电源的频率跟踪速度快、稳定可靠,该控制方法具有较强的实用性。 Based on the ARM microcomputer LPC2129 ,a novel method of phase-shifted full-bridge PWM control is developed. LPC2129's timers are adopted to realize the load frequency tracing by which the converter worked in approximate resonance. The timers and the PWM controller of LPC2129 are combined to realize the phase-shifted fullbridge PWM outputs to adjust power. The control method has practically been applied to a high power supply of DBD- ozonizer. The experimental result shows that the system runs steadily and reliably,and the method possesses stronger practicability.
