摘要
用塑性泥对汽车变速箱双联齿轮进行了半热精锻模拟试验.测定了变形载荷,观察了材料的流动模式,确定了坯料尺寸,预测了钢锻件的变形载荷。试验证明:该工艺是可行的,应进一步开展生产性试验。
Simulated experimental study of hot precision forging of double joint gear is made using plasticine.The forging load is measured. The flow patlern of the material during the process is observed. The size of the billet is confirmed. The load needed for the steel forging is estimated. Experiment results show that the process is feasible and the productive experiment should be done further.
