The Properties of A New Type of Nickel-iron Covered Electrode Z448

采用纯镍焊芯，通过药皮加入铁粉和稀土镁的办法研制成功新型镍—铁型铸铁冷焊焊条Ｚ４４８焊条，彻底解决了Ｚ４０８焊条易发红、变质问题。将Ｚ４４８焊条与国内外几种Ｚ４０８焊条性能进行对比实验表明，它具有大电流连续焊不发红、焊接接头加工性好、熔敷金属抗拉强度高、熔敷效率高和价格便宜等优点。

Z448,a new type of nickel-irOn covered electrode,has been made by using pure nickel core,adding iron powder and rare-earth-magnesium into the covering. It can solve the problems of hot red and deterioration of Z408. Contrasting Z448 to some Z408 electrode,we find that Z448 has many good properties,such as, no red hot during high current, better process properties in welded joint, high tensile strength, high deposition efficiency and low price.
