摘要
用光镜、扫描电镜对凹螺纹钢筋热处理纵向裂纹进行了分析,研究发现钢筋热处理纵裂主要是由于钢筋中的带状组织、带状夹杂物和内裂纹缺陷引起的。要消除纵向裂纹,应尽可能地减少原材料中的夹杂物和组织缺陷。
The longitudinal crack of spiral steel bar has been studyaed with optical microscope and SEM,and the reason that cause crack has been analysed. Experimental results show that the longitudinal crack of the bar is caused by the ribbon structure, inclusion and micro crack. The ribbon defects of the crude material must be decreased in order to eliminate the longitudinal crack.
