摘要
链条炉排锅炉在压火启动时经常冒黑烟。在单元体模型炉上,用烟气分析仪测量O2和CO浓度,用CCD(ChargeCoupledDevice)图像采集系统采集黑烟图片,研究了在压火启动时二次风对冒黑烟的影响,二次风可以有效促进挥发分的完全燃烧,降低黑烟浓度;在2t/h链条炉排锅炉上,进行了压火启动时空气量对冒黑烟影响的工业试验研究,随着挥发分的析出规律调整空气流量,可以优化燃烧、降低黑烟浓度。
The black smoke is always emitted from the chimney in the chain - grate stoker - fired boiler at the restarting of the combustion after temporary flameout. The purpose of the work is to reduce the black smoke emission. A laboratory fixed grate model has been used to simulate the combustion of coal in chain - grate stoker - fired boiler. Exhaust gas concentration in the flue measurements are taken by a Kane - mary Quintox flue gas analyzer, and the black smoke emitted from the chimney are screened by CCD and computer system. The effects of the secondary air have been studied. And the industrial test has been employed to study the effect of the air provision. The result of the experiments and test shows that the secondary air is helpful for reducing the black smoke emission for enhancing the intensity of the turbulence in the hearth ; rational air/fuel stoichiometric ratio is helpful for reducing the black smoke emission in the restarting of the combustion after the temporary flameout.
