摘要
采用快淬和高能球磨工艺制备扁平化Fe-Si—Al合金微粉,对微粉材料进行了XRD和SEM分析。用Agilent 8722ES网络分析仪在2~18GHz频率范围内,研究了合金微粉的微波电磁参数。实验结果表明,经9h球磨的Fe-Si—Al扁平化合金微粉具有最大的磁导率虚部u″=5,当球磨前对合金微粉材料进行热处理,则可在更宽的频率范围内改善了Fe-Si—Al合金微粉的微波磁导率。
Flaky Fe-Si-Al alloy was fabricated by melt-spinning and high energy ball milling procedure. XRD and SEM were done and the electromagnetic properties was studied in microwave band(2-18GHz) by network analyzer(HY/Agilent 8722ES) . The results indicated that Fe-Si-Al powder after 9h attrition has the highest permeability u″ = 5. Heat treatment before attrition can improve alloy powder's microwave permeability.
