摘要
介绍了设备在线监测与故障诊断系统在安钢高线机组的应用情况,以及数据采集系统、状态监测系统和故障诊断系统的特点。该系统的应用对提高设备作业率,实现预知维修具有重要的意义。
This paper introduces the application of online monitoring and fault diagnosis system in High speed wire rod Plant, it states the characters of data sampling system, condition monitoring system and fault diagnosis system. The application of the system can improve the working rate of the device, and can realize foreknow maintenance of mechanical equipment.
