随着网上参考咨询服务的不断开展,其咨询员行为规范的制定越来越受到重视,并被提上议事日程,但由于多方面的原因,我国业内在规范的制定方面存在着许多问题,文章针对这一情况,结合工作中的实践经验,提出规范制定过程中应注意的若干原则,从而使得规范更具科学性,实用性,生命力。
