摘要
该低品位铀铌铅多金属矿采用以跳汰为主的重选工艺抛尾,含铀、铌、铅、硫粗精矿采用磁—浮选的工艺分离,综合回收了铅、铁、硫精矿,对铀铌精矿进一步通过冶金方法分离,提取重铀酸铵和五氧化二铌产品,使原来贫、杂、难的低品位铀铌铅矿床的工业利用成为可能。
A gravity concentration process especially jigging was adopted to discard tailings for this polymetallic ore. Then, Pb concentrate, Fe concentrate, S concentrate and U -Nb concentrate was obtained from the rough concentrate containing U, Nb, Pb and S by a magnetic separation -flotation process low many metals minerals of personal status uranium, Nb, lead. The further hydrometallurgical processing was used to separate U and Nb from the U - Nb concentrate and produce the ammonium diuranate and niobium oxides. This process brings utilization of the poor, complex intergrowth and refractory ore into industrial feasibility.
