摘要
目的:评价各种镀膜钕铁硼磁体的细胞相容性。方法:将镀镍、氮化钛、银、铜的钕铁硼磁体、未镀膜磁体及托槽分别制备浸提液,与原代培养大鼠牙龈成纤维细胞共同培养,通过A lam arB lueTM法测细胞活性及扫描电镜观察细胞形态的改变。结果:5%托槽、镀氮化钛磁体组的A lam arB lue的还原率分别为74.56%±1.60%、76.54%±3.82%,对照组为79.16%±3.17%,无显著性差异(P>0.05);10%托槽、镀氮化钛磁体组的A lam arB lue的还原率分别为76.00%±2.17%、72.86%±2.47%,对照组为77.76%±2.76%,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。其余各组与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。加入托槽、镀氮化钛磁体浸出液的培养细胞表面形态良好、细胞膜完整,镀镍磁体浸出液的培养细胞表面形态尚好,镀铜及未镀膜磁体浸出液的培养细胞表面形态偶见不光滑、不完整。结论:镀氮化钛的钕铁硼磁体具有良好的细胞相容性。
Objective: To investigate the cell biocompatibility of different coating NdFeB magnets. Methods: Nickel, titanium-nitride, silver, or copper Was coated on NdFeB magnets. The coated magnets, bare magnets and brackets were incubated with DMEM. AlamarBlue TM and scan electron microscope were used to examine the changes of cell activity of primary rat gingival fibroblast cell cultured with those prepared DMEM. Results: The percentage of reduced AlamarBlue in 5% brackets, titanium nitride magnets groups was 74. 56%± 1. 60%, 76. 54%± 3. 82 %, there was no significant difference compared with the control group (79.16 % ± 3. 17% ) (P〉0.05);The percentage of reduced AlamarBlue in 10% brackets, titanium nitride magnets groups was 76.00%±2.17% ,72.86%±2.47 % ,there was no significantly difference with control group (77.760% ± 2. 76 %) (P 〉0. 05) ; The percentage of reduced AlamarBlue in other groups was significantly lower than control group (P〉0. 05) . In the bracket and titanium magnet groups the cells had smooth surface and complete membrane. The cell surface in nickel group was fine. The cells in copper and bare magnet groups had coarse surface and incontinuous membrane. Conclusions: Magnet coated titanium nitride has good biocompatibility.
