摘要
介绍了热电制冷的原理及发展状况,提出了半导体凉席的具体模型并进行理论性分析,指出了提高半导体材料的优值系数和利用热管对热端散热是研制半导体凉席的技术关键,为半导体制冷的进一步应用和半导体凉席步入市场提供了理论参考。
Introduced the theory and development status of thermoelectric refrigeration, gave the material model about semiconductor mat and carried out academic analysis. Indicated the technique key of making the semiconductor mat is to improve optimization coefficient and use heat pipe to give out heat. It provides academic reference for further application of semiconductor refrigeration and semiconductor mat and entering the market.
