摘要
以一定制冷量时冷却水泵、冷水泵和冷水机组总的能耗最小为最优化目标,选取冷却水流量率、冷水出口温度和冷水流量率为优化参数,建立了一次水泵变频调速变流量系统总能耗的优化模型,利用MATLAB(Matrix laboratory)为平台编制了数学模型解算程序;以一负荷率为80%的实际制冷系统为例进行分析,结果表明:当负荷减少时,合理减少水泵流量、降低水泵能耗可以使空调系统的运行费用大大降低。
The lowest energy consumption was chose as the optimization goal and the flow rate ot cooling water, the outlet temperature of chilled water and the flow rate of chilled water were chose as optimization parameters. With the help of MATLAB programmable language the procedure of optimizing to the mathematics model was built. Through the analysis of actual refrigerating system's energy consumptioa under the load ratio of 80% ,the result shows that controlling the operating parameters rationally can save energy very much.
