摘要
基于AutoCAD VBA技术开发了一套用于回转型刀具刀刃加工的专用CAM软件。首先分析了通用CAM软件加工此类零件的缺点。在此基础上,研究了新的加工方法,即“先卷绕、后补偿”,并用VBA开发工具在AutoCAD中编程实现了该方法。实践证明,用该软件生成的数控代码能够加工出合格的回转刀具。
A dedicated CAM software used for machining cylindrical tool was developed based on VBA for AutoCAD. The shortcoming of universal CAM softwares when they are used for machining parts like cylindrical tool was analyzed. On basis of the analysis, new method of machining, that is "first roll, then compensation", was studied. The method was realized by programming with VBA developing tool in AutoCAD environment. Practice proves that NC codes output by the software can be used to machine cylindrical tools with good quality.
