摘要 阐述了1Cr18N i9Ti不锈钢的切削特性,应用正交试验法进行了球头刀铣削1Cr18N i9Ti不锈钢斜面铣削力实验,以铣削速度、铣削深度、进给量、行间距和斜面与水平面的夹角为试验因素,以球头刀斜面铣削力为试验指标。根据实验结果,回归得出了预测1Cr18N i9Ti不锈钢斜面铣削力的模型,并分析了各试验因素对铣削力的影响规律,最后给出了球头刀铣削1Cr18N i9Ti不锈钢斜面时的推荐铣削参数值,并将其应用于不锈钢搅拌桨叶片加工。 The cutting specialties of stainless steel were expatiated. The ball -end milling forces on inclined surfaces were tried out according to the principle of Taguchi design of experiments method for 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. The factors considered in the experiment are the cutting speed, the depth of cut, the feed rate per tooth, the space between two cutting lines and inclined angle of surface, the experiment target is the ball - end milling force on inclined surface. A forced model was presented with orthogonal regression based on experiment results, which can predict the milling force of inclined surface for 1Cr18Ni9Ti in different milling parameters. The influence rule of each factor to milling force was analyzed. The recommendation values of the ball - end milling parameter were presented for 1Cr18Ni9Ti and were applied to mill the stainless steel propeller- blades.
