摘要 为较全面地理解轴向柱塞泵配流副的力学行为,针对其工作特征,提出配流盘静、动态力学特性分析对研究其工作过程的必要性。应用有限元分析软件对配流副的核心元件-配流盘进行建模,仿真计算后获得一定供油压力、支撑定位方式下的应力应变分布特点及其演变规律。通过对仿真结果的分析,提出变形是影响该摩擦副油膜间隙的主要因素之一;以连续供油配流盘模态分析为例,由配流盘的固有频率和前五阶振型,分析不同振型的特点及其对全泵动态响应的差异,并计算了间歇供油配流盘的前五阶固有频率,两者比较得出局部的结构改变对模态影响较大,为配流副的静、动力学优化设计提供了一定的理论依据。 To fully understand the mechanical behavior of port pair in axial piston pump, aimed at its performance, the necessity of static and dynamic analysis in its operation investigation was proposed. By FEM software, port plate, one of the key components of port pair was modeled, and after simulation, the stress and strain distributing characteristic and their change rule with the stated supplying oil pressure, supporting or setting style were obtained. Through analysis of the simulation results, the conclusion that deformation is one of the main influencing factors of the friction pair gap was brought forward; Take the case of mode analysis of the continuous - supply port plate, according to its first five natural frequency and modes of vibration, the characteristics of different modes and the differences of their dynamic response to whole pump were analyzed. The same work on the discontinuous - supply port plate was done, and the comparison between them can find that the partial structure difference considerably affects the mode, which provides some theoretical basis of static and dynamic optimization of port plate.
