摘要
构造了元件故障向量、维修向量、故障频率序列和修复序列,并利用其运算描述了元件的工作、故障、维修和修复过程,从而计算出在事后维修方式和维修时间分布影响下的元件动态可靠性指标:故障频率,有效度。从理论上系统地阐述了该方法的基本原理及算法过程,并举例说明了该方法的应用。该方法不受元件寿命和维修时间分布类型的限制,计算量小,精度高。
Failure vector, maintenance vector, failure frequency sequence and renovation sequence were constructed to simulate the availability of units. With them the process of unit' s work, failure, repair and renovation was described, sequentially the dynamic failure and availability of the units can be computed under the influence of the repair time. The principle and algorithm procedure of this method were demonstrated systematically. The use of this method will not be limited by the distribution of the unit' s life and the repair time. There is little computation needed with this method; the computation time is short, but results are precise.
