Rational Consideration about Strengthening Ideological and Ethical Construction in New Rural Areas

社会主义新农村建设是一项系统工程,是一个经济、政治、文化协调发展的过程。其中,思想道德建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分和重要保障。当前加强新农村思想道德建设要富民实“本”,增强其内驱力;要开渠输“液”,增强其鲜活力;要强“干”立标,增强其引导力;要纠“风”扬善,增强其整合力;要依法治“村”,增强其约束力等。

New rural construction is a systematic project, a course of coordination development of economy, politics and culture. Ideological and ethical construction is the important guarantee and composition part of socialist new rural construction. Now strengthening the new rural ideological and ethical construction needs to enrich peasants and substantiate their purses to strengthen its internal force; to adopt various methods to strengthen its fresh force; to excel cadre and set up mark to strengthen its guiding force; to correct bad morals and develop good deeds to strengthen its joined effort; to manage ＂villages＂ according to law to strengthen its binding force.
