LDM抗尼古丁胎鼠微核实验研究

Study of nicotine-resisting effect of LDM

用胎鼠肝血嗜多染红细胞微核实验方法对草本植物燕子鱼（ＬＤＭ）提取物抗尼古丁毒性作用进行了研究。结果：尼古丁组能使胎鼠肝血嗜多染红细胞微核检出率明显增高，Ｐ＜０．０１。ＬＤＭ抗尼古丁组胎鼠微核检出率明显低于尼古丁组，Ｐ＜０．０１。提示：ＬＤＭ具有抑制尼古丁毒性的作用。

The effect of LDM on the resistance to nicotine toxicity was studied. LDM is an extractive from herbaceous perennial. The result indicated that in the group nicotine the checking out rate of the micronucleus of polychromatic erythrocytes in the liver blood of fetal mice(P<0.01)significantly increased more than that in the nicotine-resisting group(P<0.01).and that the checking out rate of the micronueleus of the fetal mice in the nicotine-resisly group was significantly lower than thatin the nicotine group(P<0. 01). It is concluded that LDM has the ability to inhibit the nicotine toxicity.
