摘要
目的观察皮肤针叩刺加得宝松外擦治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法对40例慢性湿疹患者采用皮肤叩刺加得宝松外擦治疗,每2周治疗1次,共5次,3个月判断疗效。并与30例醋酸强的松龙局部注射患者进行对照。结果治疗组3月后痊愈26例,显效12例,有效2例,无效0例,痊愈率(65.00%)与对照组比较(40.00%),差异有显著性(=4.32,P<0.05)。结论皮肤针叩刺加得宝松外擦治疗慢性湿疹具有疗效高、安全性好的特点。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of plum-blossom needle and Diprospan for the treatment of Chronic eczema. Methods A treatment group of 40 Chronic eczema cases was treated with plum-blossom needle plus external application of Diprospan and a control group of 30 cases was randomly established and treated with local injection of hydrocortidelt. Results The cure rate was 65.00% in the treatment group and 40.00% in the control group. The effect was significantly better in the treatment than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It＇s efficient and saffe in the treatment of Chronic eczema with plum-blossom needle and Diprospan topical use.
