新生儿窒息血小板变化与多器官功能损伤的关系

摘要 目的通过研究新生儿窒息与血小板参数的变化,了解新生儿窒息时器官功能的损伤情况以指导临床治疗。方法将窒息新生儿按Apgar评分标准分为重度窒息和轻度窒息两种,观察新生儿窒息病人末梢血血小板数(PLT),血小板平均体积(MPV),血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)。结果血小板参数值的变化与脏器功能损伤关系密切。结论新生儿窒息,尤其是重度窒息,除因缺血缺氧造成器官功能损伤外,根据血小板参数的变化指导临床医生及时主动采取措施,对减少脏器的损伤有积极作用。 Objective Aim by studying the parameter change of asphyxia of newborn and blood platelet, to realize the organ damage condition of asphyxia newborns in order to guide the clinical treatment. Methods Divided the asphyxia newborns into two groups, mild asphyxia and severe asphyxia, then studied the blood platelet number, mean platelet volume, and platelet distribution width of asphyxia newborns. Results There was a close relationship between the platelet parameter and organ dysfunction. Conclusion In the cases of asphyxia newborns, especially severe asphyxia newborns, except organ dysfunction from hypoxic-ischemic damage, platelet parameter change can guide physicians to take prompt action to treat patients and decrease organ damage.
