摘要
提出了一套应用于电力巡线领域的数据采集实施方案,介绍了数据采集、记录系统的组成及工作原理,设计实现了如何同步存储图像信息及相关的姿态测量装置(POS)数据的方法,即主要利用统一的外触发信号、多线程技术实现3台电荷耦合器件(CCD)相机图像及POS数据的高速采集和存储,并通过采集卡开发工具——软件开发套件(SDK)开发的动态链接库实现图像数据与POS数据的实时对应。最后给出了整个采集和记录系统获取的部分电力线沿线的处理结果。
The paper proposes a data acquisition scheme applied to the power line inspection and introduces the composition and working principles of the data acquisition & recording system. In details, it utilizes an external trigger and multi-thread technology to acquire with high-speed and store the data of 3 CCD cameras and the position ~ orientation system (POS) and meantime makes the images and the POS data correspond to each other real-time by using the dynamic link library (DLL) developed by the acquisition board's software development kit (SDK). In the end, part of the disposed data of the power line area are listed.
