浅析区域水资源承载力评价指标的建立与应用

Study on establishment and application of evaluation indexes for regional water resources carrying capacity

从水资源承载力的概念出发,建立了评价区域水资源承载力的三个指标,水资源承载能力、水资源可承载空间、水资源利用负荷率,并给出了三者间的关系及确定方法。以上指标在实际中应用的结果基本符合区域水资源承载力历史及现状实际状况,其评价结果可为区域经济社会发展规模和生产力布局调整提供基础数据,并赋予人们对水资源利用的全新认识。

Based on the concept of water resources carrying capacity, the evaluation indexes for regional water resources carrying capacity are derived in this paper, including maximum water resources carrying capacity, water resources carrying space and water resources utilization rate. Meanwhile, the relationship among the evaluation indexes is also studied. The evaluation indexes are applied in practice and show good results, which coincide with the situation in the case study area. The evaluation results will provide basic information for the regional planning of economic society development and productivity layout. In addition, it will give a new view of regional water resources utilization.
