摘要
目的观察化疗神经毒性的发生率和相应治疗对神经系统的保护作用。方法将接受化疗的48名恶性肿瘤随机分成两组,一组化疗同时使用抗神经毒性的药物治疗,另一组单用化疗,观察两组出现神经毒副作用包括神志、周围神经和运动神经功能的情况。结果化疗同时进行抗神经毒性药物治疗的试验组神经毒性轻于对照组,未出现IV度神经毒性。结论多种化疗药物能引起不同程度的神经毒性,化疗同时给予相应保护神经系统的治疗可以减轻神经毒性。
Objective To observe incidence of neurotoxicity in chemotherapy on the patients with malignant tumors and to evaluate protective effect of neuroprotectant drugs. Methods Forty-eight patients were divided evenly into two groups randomly which were trial group and control group. The trial group was given cotreatment with neuroprotective agents, while the control one was treated with only chemotherapy. Neurotoxicity including consciousness, central and peripheral nervous system damage was observed in two groups. Results After chemotherapy neurotoxicity in patients who were in the trial group was less incidence of central and peripheral nervous system damage than that in the control group. Conclusion Neurotoxicity was a common side effect after chemotherapy. The patients who were given neuroprotective agents had better resistance.
