八种常见贝类脂肪酸含量的研究 被引量:18

摘要 对大连沿海常见的腹足纲的扁玉螺、香螺,瓣鳃纲的毛蚶、紫贻贝、栉孔扇贝、菲律宾蛤仔、四角蛤蜊、螠蛏等8种贝类的脂肪酸组成、含量进行了研究。并同海参、对虾、蝼蛄虾、三疣梭子蟹进行了比较,从中证明了8种贝类的营养价值。 In this paper, the composition and contents of fatty acids in eight kinds of common shellfish in the Dalian Coast were studied. They were Neverita didyma and Neptunea cumingi of Gastropoda. Scapharca subcrenata, Mytilus edulis, chlamys farreri, Ruditapes philippinarum, Mactra veneriformis, Sinonovacula constrica of Lamellibranchia. Comparison with Stichopus japonicus, Penaeus orientalis, Upogebia and Portunus trituberculatus was also done. The results showed nutritive values of eight kinds of common shellfish.
