谷氨酰胺预防和治疗恶性肿瘤化疗的毒副作用

Prevention and Treatment of Chemotherapy Toxicity with Glutamine on Malignant Tumors Patients

目的观察口服谷氨酰胺对化疗导致的毒副作用的保护作用。方法将接受化疗的46例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,对照组化疗时无口服谷氨酰胺,观察组化疗同时口服谷氨酰胺15克/天,连续14天,两组患者均行化疗前和化疗后实验室数据观察和化疗毒副作用记录。结果化疗后观察组蛋白质代谢、营养状况、免疫功能均优于对照组,两组患者毒性减轻包括口腔炎和腹泻均有显著差异。结论口服谷氨酰胺能够减轻化疗导致的毒副作用,不影响肿瘤对化疗的反应,明显提高机体的免疫功能。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of glutamine in chemotherapy toxicity on the patients with malignant tumors. Methods Forty-six patients were divided into two groups randomly which were trial group and control group. The trial group were given oral glutamine with chemotherapy, while the control one were treated with only chemotherapy. Results After chemotherapy the levels of albumin, IgA, and C3 in patients who were the trial group were higher and less incidence of mucositis and diarrhea than the control group. Conclusion The patients who were given glutamine had less toxicity, and they had better immune function after chemotherapy.
