病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液NO和TNF-α的变化及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液中一氧化氮(NO)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化。方法应用比色法测定病毒性脑炎患儿急性期和恢复期脑脊液中NO2/NO3值以反映NO水平;采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测TNF-α含量,并与20例同期无神经系统器质性病变患儿进行比较。结果病毒性脑炎患儿急性期脑脊液中NO与TNF-α含量较对照组明显升高(P均<0.01);重症组较轻症组更高(P<0.01),NO、TNF-α与病情严重程度呈正相关(P<0.01);急性期比恢复期有明显增高(P<0.01)。结论病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液中NO与TNF-α均显著增高,其水平与疾病的发生、发展和病情的严重程度有关,它们参与了脑炎的病理过程。 Objective To study the changes of cerebrospinal fluid levels of nitric oxide(N0) and tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF-α ) in children with viral encephalitis and their significance. Methods The cerebuospinal fluid levels of TNF-α in children with viral encephalitis were detected with enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA)method and the NO levels were detected with colorimetric method when the patients were in acute stage and convalescent peiod. And the NO and TNF- α levels of cerebrospinal fluid were detecte in 20 normal children undergoing anesthetized operation without organic injury in certral nervour system at the same peild. Results The cerebrospinal fluid levels of NO and TNF- a of the patients in acute stage were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P〈O. O1).The cerebrospinal fluid levels of NO and TNF-α of the serious patient were significantly higher than those of the mild patients (P〈O. 01). The NO and TNF-α levels were positively correlated with the patient's copdition and their levels in acute stage were significantly higher'than those of the cases in convalescent stage (all P〈O. O1).eonclusion The cerebrospi- nal fluid levels of NO and TNF- a in the children with viral encephalitis raise significantly, their levels in children connected significantly with the advance and the condition of viral encephalitis. They participate in the advance of viral encephalitis.
