应用Snodgrass手术治疗婴幼儿尿道下裂16例报告

Treatment of hypospadias with Snodgrass procedure for infant

目的总结应用Snodgrass手术方式(尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形)治疗婴幼儿尿道下裂的疗效。方法自2003年来对16例尿道下裂患儿施行Snodgrass手术。患儿年龄9个月～3岁,其中阴茎体型13例,阴茎阴囊型3例;1例为尿道成形手术失败患儿。结果术后随访6～28个月,手术治愈13例(81.3%),术后并发尿瘘3例(18.8%),2例自愈,1例修补获得成功。结论Snodgrass手术应用于婴幼儿尿道下裂,手术操作简便易行,手术成功率高,手术年龄可适当提早。

Objective To report the effect of using Snodgrass procedure （tubularized incised plate urethroplasty） for hypospadias infants. Wethods since 2003, Snodgrass procedure was performed on 16 boys from 9 months to 3 years old with 13 mid shaft and 3 prnoscrotal hypospadias o one case had had a history of failed urethroplasty. Results the patients had been followed up for 6-28 months and a satisfactory functional neourethra was observed in 13 cases （success rate 81.3%）. Urethro-cutaneous fistula occured in 3 cases （fistula rate 18.8%）, all had been corrected. Conclusion Snodgrass procedure is an simplified method and its success rate is high, can be useed in hypospadias infants and can be done earlier moderate o
