Computer-Mediated Collaborative Language Learning is the combination of the two trends networkbased multimedia foreign language teaching and collaborative learning as an effective teaching strategy. With the application of computer technology and collaborative learning in second language teaching, Computer-Mediated Collaborative Language Learning will play a more and more important role. This paper illustrates the theoretical framework of Computer-Mediated Collaborative Language Learning and affective issues involved and gives advice on it through experiments.
