单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合万乃洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹80例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effects of Ara-Amp Combined with Valaciclovir Treatment on Herpes Zoster in Old patients

目的观察单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合万乃洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法80例老年带状疱疹患者随机分为两组:单磷酸阿糖腺苷与万乃洛韦联合治疗组,单磷酸阿糖腺苷200mg静脉滴注,每日一次,连续7天,同时口服万乃洛韦,每次300mg,每日2次,连服10天;对照组口服万乃洛韦,每次300mg,每日2次,连服10天。结果单磷酸阿糖腺苷与万乃洛韦联合治疗组在止疱、止痛、结痂时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),后遗神经痛发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合万乃洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹起效快,能有效缩短病程、降低后遗神经痛发生率。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Ara-Amp combined with Valaciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster in old patients. Methods 80 old patients who suffered from herpes zoster were randomly devided into 2 groups. Ara-Amp combined with Valaciclovir was used in treatment group, and Valaciclovir was used in control group. All the cases were treated for 10 days. Results The results showed that the average curative time in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group （P〈O. O1）,the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia（PHN） was significantly lesser in treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ara-Amp combined with valaciclovirwere used in treatment of herper zoster in old patient showed good response rapidly, which also shorten the time treatmenat and reduce the rate of PHN.
