摘要
地表水环境影响评价是发展绿色经济的环境评价方法之一.地表水体的质量是环境良化或劣化过程的反映;根据《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838—2002)Ⅲ类标准,对广西临桂县境内的太平河河段进行水质监测,分析其水质现状,为当地的经济发展及环境影响评价提供基础环境资料.
Assessment on the environmental impact of surface water is one of the methods in the development of green economy. The quantity of surface water is a representation of the environment. Based on the State Criterion of Surface Water Environmental Quality （GB3838-2002）, the author monitors the water quality of the Taipinghe reach of Luoqingjiang River in Lingui County, Guangxi Region, to analyses the current water quality and provide the basic information for the regional economic development and the environmental evaluation.
