西乌珠穆沁旗地区重磁场特征及利用

CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION OF GRAVITY AND MAGNETIC FIELDS IN XI UJIMQIN AREA,INNER MONGOLIA

西乌珠穆沁旗地处内蒙古锡林郭勒草原,地表覆盖严重,露头不发育,地质情况复杂,因此本区开展常规的地质调查会存在很多困难.通过对本区地球物理场进行分析,划分了不同特征的分区,总结出某些地质现象的特征标志,利用地球物理场的特征,对浅层及深部的地质体分布状况及断裂构造、火山机构等进行推测解释,多层面地提供地质信息,在全新的地质调查工作中发挥了积极的作用.

Xi Ujimqin area is located in the Xilin Gol grassland, Inner Mongolia, where is heavily covered, with less outcrops and complicated geological conditions. It is difficult to carry out normal geological survey in the area. With analysis on the geophysical fields of the area, it is divided into sub-areas by different types of characters, which represent various geologic features. The distributions of geologic bodies, as well as faults and volcanic apparatus, are inferred and interpreted based on the characteristics of the geophysical fields.
