羟丙甲纤维素性质对布洛芬-羟丙甲纤维素凝胶骨架片释放度的影响

摘要 研究羟丙甲纤维素(HPM)理化性质对布洛芬-HPMC凝胶骨架片释放度的影响。用转篮法测定布洛芬的释放度。结果:药物的体外释放符合Higuchi方程。药物的释放度与HPMC的粘度、粒度以及用量有关:HPMC粘度越大、粒度越小,药物的释放度越慢;药物与HPMC的比例对药物的释放度有明显影响。结论:药物从骨架片中的释放度与HPMC的理性质有关。 PURPOSE To study the effect of physicochemical properties of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) on dissolution rate of ibuprofen-HPMC matrix tablets. METHODS Dissolution rate of ibuprofen from the matrix tablets was determined by rotary basket methed. RESULTS It was found that the dissolution rate of ibuprofen-HPMC matrix tablets conformed to Higuchi equation. Higher viscosity and smaller particle size of HPMC gave slower drug release. Variation in drug/ HPMC proportion showed significant difference in dissolution rate of ibuprofen. CONCLUSIONS The dissolution rate of drug from matrix was dependent on the physicochemical properties of HPMC.
